On March 28, 2025, Penza will host the All-Russian Youth Forum on Legislative Initiatives, Idea – 5I.
The event is open to young people eager to gain valuable legislative experience from top experts, including representatives of the legislative branch. Participants will also have the opportunity to submit their proposals to the Bank of Legislative Initiatives. Submissions can be made online, and the best ideas will be reviewed by forum speakers, with the potential for further implementation.
The forum will feature five key discussion platforms:
Youth of Russia – Focused on youth policy, support for young people in their initiatives, and unlocking their potential.
Workforce – Covering professional training, retraining programs, and youth employment opportunities.
Family – Dedicated to strengthening family values and improving conditions for raising children.
Active and Healthy Aging – Addressing longevity, health, and quality of life for the elderly.
Data Economy – Exploring digital transformation and the integration of innovative technologies across various sectors.
This will be the first time the Idea – 5I forum is held in the Penza Oblast. The event aims to bring together young people, government representatives, and public organizations to collaborate on initiatives that will shape the future of society and the country.
