The educational cluster "Pedagogical Staff for the Sustainable Development of the Penza Oblast" at the Penza Social-Pedagogical College secured first place in the sectoral ranking of educational clusters in the "Pedagogy" category, conducted by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation in 2024. The creation of this cluster was part of the federal project "Professional Education."
The training process focuses on solving real-world production tasks, project-based learning, and close collaboration with mentors—highly qualified specialists from partner enterprises. This approach enables students not only to gain theoretical knowledge but also to acquire valuable hands-on experience. As a result, young professionals can adapt to modern working conditions and integrate into the workforce more quickly after graduation.
According to the regional Ministry of Education, plans are in place to expand the cluster, attract new business partners, and increase student enrollment in the future.
