Eleven specialists competed in the federal stage of the All-Russian professional skills competition "Best in Profession" in the "Radio Electronic Equipment Assembler" category. Penza Oblast was represented by Elena Beryozina from PO Elektropribor, the regional stage winner. Based on her performance in theoretical and practical tasks, she earned the bronze award.
The official award ceremony for winners across all categories will take place in Moscow in December. Prize winners at the federal level will receive 1 million rubles for first place, 500 thousand rubles for second place, and 300 thousand rubles for third place.
The event was held as part of the federal project "Working Class" under the national project "Personnel," implemented on the instruction of Russian President Vladimir Putin to promote skilled trades, raise professional standards, and identify the most qualified specialists in their fields. The "Best in Profession" competition is organized by the Russian Ministry of Labor with support from federal and regional authorities, all-Russian trade unions, and employer associations.
