The documentary film "Ordered to Live," produced with support from Governor Oleg Melnichenko by Penza's Central Cultural Center "House of Officers" in collaboration with the Ivacevičy Regional History Museum of Brest Oblast, has been introduced to Belarusian audiences.  
During the IX Republican Festival of Belarusian Films, the film was screened at Minsk's "Belarus" Cinema with special invitations extended to descendants of wartime partisans. "This film represents the most successful achievement of cultural cooperation between Penza Oblast and Belarus," emphasized Yevgeniy Arendarevich, Chairman of the Belarusian Union of Cinematographers.  
At the "Brest Hero Fortress" Museum, director Irina Maslova, Doctor of Historical Sciences and professor, participated in the roundtable "Film and Photo Documents as Historical Memory," detailing the research process behind the documentary. It was in this museum's archives that the filmmakers discovered the only surviving photograph of Lieutenant Aleksey Chertkov, which became the foundation for the biographical film. The director further presented "The Image of a Hero in Documentary Cinema" at Brest Regional Library.  
The festival awarded the film a special diploma "For Historical Research of Heroism Through Cinematic Means." Numerous screenings for young audiences at universities and schools have confirmed strong youth engagement with military-historical documentary storytelling.
