Winners and prize recipients across all categories have received awards: 1 million rubles for first place, 500 thousand rubles for second place, and 300 thousand rubles for third place.
The All-Russian "Best in Profession" competition underwent a major "relaunch" in 2025, becoming a key event of the "Working Class" federal project under the "Personnel" national project. The number of categories was expanded from 5 to 20, broadening opportunities for specialists to showcase their skills.
In 2025, regional qualifying trials were successfully organized for three categories: "Welder," "Radio Electronic Equipment Assembler," and "Seamstress." Winners of these stages commendably represented the region at the federal level, demonstrating high professionalism and competitiveness.
Next year, Penza Oblast will host the All-Russian competition in the "Turner" category. The events will take place in August at the production site of our leading machine tool enterprise – LLC "StankoMashStroy." This significant event confirms the high level of industrial development and personnel potential in the region.
It is worth noting that in 2024, Penza Oblast already hosted the federal stage of the All-Russian competition in the "Turner" category. At that time, 18 participants from 17 Russian regions competed at the "StankoMashStroy" industrial enterprise, and the region received high praise for the level of organization and execution.
The regional "Best in Profession" competition in 2026 will be conducted across 11 categories: "Turner," "Welder," "Radio Electronic Equipment Assembler," "Bus Driver," "Asphalt Paver Operator," "Asphalt Paver Plate Operator," "Plasterer," "Mechanic," "Cattle Artificial Insemination Operator," "Veterinary Technician," and "Cook."
