Oleg Melnichenko and Konstantin Nefyodov discussed issues of cooperation between the region and the State Corporation.
"The area of responsibility of the State Corporation's regional representation, which I head, includes Penza, Saratov, Volgograd, and Astrakhan oblasts," stated Konstantin Nefyodov. "Six organizations of the Rostec State Corporation are located in Penza region."
The head of the regional subdivision noted that all Penza enterprises are operating steadily, fulfilling their commitments.
"Revenue is increasing, wages are growing. The management of our enterprises actively participates in all events conducted by the Penza Oblast Government and timely and fully carries out the tasks set by the regional leadership," he emphasized.
"I am glad to welcome you to Penza land," the Governor responded. "During the recent visit of First Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Denis Valentinovich Manturov, an agreement was reached to implement a pilot project in Penza Oblast introducing corporate support measures for employees of industrial enterprises wishing to become parents. It is planned to introduce payments for employees for the birth of children. Also, significant opportunities are opening for the region to participate in organizing corporate kindergartens and nurseries."

Oleg Melnichenko informed Konstantin Nefyodov that he has already issued instructions to select options for allocating sites for the construction of preschool facilities.
Additionally, the meeting discussed prospects for Penza Oblast's participation in the "Rostec Square Meters" program for constructing housing for enterprise employees.
