“Penza businessmen are already working in Crimea, they are running business there, so we are pleased to welcome residents of the Penza region,” Sergei Aksyonov emphasised.
“I believe that signing the agreement will provide a new impetus to the development of relations between our regions,” Ivan Belozertsev stated.
The Penza region and the Republic of Crimea will foster relations in a range of fields. They include economy, trade, business, science and high technologies, education, healthcare and social protection of the population, environmental management, culture and preservation of cultural heritage, art, archive management, sport, tourism, youth policy and information.
