The governor announced this idea in the investment address on Tuesday, March 6, 2018.
Ivan Belozertsev noted that the adoption of new technologies in public administration is required for improving the quality of life in the Penza region.
“We have introduced project management into the work of regional authorities, but we need to ensure the quality of project management in order to allocate resources in a more effective way,” Ivan Belozertsev stated.
“We are planning to create a common information platform for interaction between public authorities and operational decision making in the sphere of social and economic development, including the preparation of relevant strategic planning documents,” he added.
The Situation Centre will serve as a platform where all up-to-date and forecast information on the major areas in the development of the region will be available in the form of infographics, tables and interactive maps.
