On 5 April 2018, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Penza region hosted a presentation of the “Priceless map of Penza”. It is a tourist map comprising major sights and cultural facilities of the city and region.
Oleg Yagov, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Penza Region, welcomed the participants of the event.
“Our common goal is to ensure that tourists can receive all information about the Penza region culture and traditions in every hotel,” Oleg Yagov stated.
The map is free and it will be distributed to tourists in hotels. This is a project launched by the regional Ministry of Culture within public-private partnership.
As a result of the project, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Penza region will hand over 1,000 copies of the map to tourism enterprises.
