On April 15-17, the All-Russian Graeco-Roman wrestling competition was held in the city of Bor, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast. It was dedicated to the memory of the founder of wrestling in the city of Bor Aleksei Serebryakov.
The tournament was attended by athletes from 24 regions of the country, including the Penza Oblast. In the weight category up to 130 kg, the gold medal was won by a pupil of the A. T. Abubekerov Kuznetsk wrestling school, , Master of Sports of Russia, Ruslan Bibarsov.
