Penza athletes took part in the open republican weightlifting tournament in memory of the Honored Coach of Russia Nikolay Agapov. The competition was held in Ruzaevka, Republic of Mordovia.
Penza Oblast athletes and students of the Regional Integrated Olympic sports school showed great results.
Artyom Tyurganov took the first place in the 81 kg category, the second place was taken by Ilya Kiryushin.
Maksim Frolov took silver in the 89 kg category.
The athletes' coach is Yuri Nazarov.
